Yummy Creamy Pasta

Another lip smacking and easy way to make pasta. You need to make 2 types of sauces but they are extremely easy and quick to make.

Serves 4-5

Ingredients:
1 packet boiled pasta
3-4 onions cubed
2-3 capsicum cubed
2 cups mozzarella cheese (you can reduce the qty or add any other cooking cheese as you wish)
For Red Sauce:
5-6 cloves garlic
1 medium onion roughly chopped
5 medium tomatoes
2-3 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp sugar
6-7 tsp pasta/Italian/oregano seasoning (you can add more/less as per you taste or else simple add 3-4 tsp powdered pepper)
For White Sauce:
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp oil
1 cup milk

Method:

Boil the pasta in hot water with little oil and salt. Cook till paste becomes soft.

Sauté the onion and capsicum till light golden in color (do not make it crispy). Keep aside.

For the red sauce, boil the tomatoes in hot water till skin starts to peel off. Cool and roughly cut into small pieces. Add roughly chopped onion to this and cook well.

Add the red chilli powder, salt, sugar, and seasoning and cook well till aroma comes. Cool this and grin in mixer to make paste like consistency

For the white sauce, heat the oil and butter together. Add the flour and mix well. Now add milk to this and keep stirring till it becomes thick. Now add the red sauce paste to this and mix well.

Add the mozzarella cheese to this and keep stirring till the cheese starts to melt and the gravy becomes stick.

Now add the sautéed onion, capsicum and pasta to this and stir well.


Remove from flame and serve hot with garlic bread coated with melted butter.
