Tangy Tomato Pasta



A simple tangy pasta dish that’s easy to cook and extremely delicious

Serves 4-5

Ingredients:
5 medium tomatoes, roughly chopped
1 medium onion, roughly chopped
8 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
2 tsp mixed herbs seasoning
2 tsp tomato ketchup
250 gms, pasta boiled
1 capsicum, diced and fried
½ cup mozzarella cheese
Salt

Method:

Heat oil and fry the garlic and onion till golden brown. Add the tomatoes and cook till they are mushy.

Add the seasoning and cook for another 5 mins.

Remove from flame and cool.

Now grind this mixture into a fine paste.

Add ketchup and mix well.

Now add the cheese and mix till the cheese starts melting.

Add the pasta and capsicum and cook for another 10 mins.

Serve hot with garlic bread
