Another amazing continental vegetarian dish made by mom and me. Do try it out
Serves 4-5 people

Ingredients:
250 gms pasta
3 medium potatos, cut and fried into small chips
1 packet mushrooms, cut and stir fried
1 bunch spinach leaves
1 cup milk
4 tbsp tomato ketchup
4 tbsp garlic mayonnaise
2-3 tsp mixed herbs powder
½ cup cream
Bread crumbs, to coat the tray
1 cup grated cheese
2 tbsp rice flour or maida
4 tbsp oil
Salt

Method:

Boil pasta and keep aside

Heat oil. Add maida and fry a little. Add milk and ¼ cup cheese to this to make white sauce.

Add the mixed herbs and pasta seasoning.

In a separate vessel, add the washed spinach leaves and cook till it withers.  Add it to the above white sauce and mix well.

Add pasta and mix well. Check for salt and add if needed.

In a separate bowl, mix the potato chips and mushrooms together. Add ketchup and mayo and mix well.

This should yield a thick mixture. Keep aside.

Now make 2 portions of the white sauce mixture.

Now grease a baking tray. Make a thin layer with one of the portions of white sauce mixture.

Add the tangy potato and mushroom mixture. Cover will cheese. Now make another layer with the second portion of the white sauce mixture. Cover will breadcrumbs.

Preheat the oven and bake at 180 C for about 18-20 mins.
