Potato Sali
Easy to make Sali for foodies who find it difficult to buy near their homes.

Ingredients
3-4 potatoes
Salt
Oil

Method:
Peel and wash the potatoes and cut into extremely thin slices (you can cut it as thin as you want).

Add salt to this and mix well (the salt will make sure that the potatoes are cooked better and faster).

Heat oil in a vessel for frying. You will have to use a little more oil (somewhere between shallow fry and deep fry).

Add the salted potatoes to this and fry till crisp.

Strain and remove the potato sticks on a plate. Add Salt to keep this crispy. Store in air tight container.

Serve with any recipe that needs it or simply eat it like a snack.
