Potato Paneer Cutlets

Makes 10-12 cutlets

Ingredients:

For Cutlets:
3-4 medium potatoes boiled & mashed.
1 cup grated paneer
1 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp dhana jeera powder
3-4 chopped green chillies
1 tsp kebab masala (optional)
Chopped coriander
Salt to taste
Oil for frying.

For Coating:
4 tbsp besan
4 tbsp rice flour
2 tbsp cornflour
1 tsp haldi
1 tsp red chilli power
Rawa, to coat.
Salt to taste
Water

Method:

Mix all the ingredients together nicely.

Keep aside for 30-45 mins.

Make a semi-thick paste of besan, rice flour and cornflour. Add the haldi, red chilli powder and salt.

Heat oil in kadai.

Make small balls for the cutlets and flatten them between your palms.


Dip them in the batter and roll and fry in hot oil.
