Kheema Kabab


A delicious parsi side dish made with chicken mince and spices

Ingredients:
500 gms chicken mince
4 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
10-15 mint leaves
3-4 green chilies
4 tbsp chopped coriander
1 tsp haldi
2 tsp red chilly powder
2 tsp meat masala
1 tsp garam masala
2 eggs
1 tbsp rava
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
Salt

Method:

Thoroughly wash the mince and remove all the water. Grind together kothmir, pudina leaves and green chillies.

Add this to the washed mince. Add the mashed potatoes and all the dry masala’s and salt.

Leave overnight.

Before frying add the eggs and rava and mix well.

Heat oil. Make small tikkis and fry well till golden brown.
