An amazing and delicious way to eat cake and ice cream
together.
Serves 4-5
Ingredients
1 eggless chocolate cake. Recipe here.
1 party pack of ice cream. Ideally vanilla would be a good
choice.
½ chopped walnuts and almonds
Method:
Empty the ice cream in a large bowl. Add half the quantity
of chopped nut and mix well.
Cut the cake into 2 halves.
Add a thick layer of ice cream in the middle. Now cover the
cake base with the top.
Now cover the cake with the remaining ice cream.
Put in freezer for about 5-6 hours.
Remove just 5-10 mins before serving.
