Simple, Healthy and yet another lip smacking dish that can
be served as starters.
Serves 4-5
Ingredients:
8-10 pieces of chicken
2 tsp pepper
1 tsp haldi
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp meat masala powder
4-5 medium potatoes, cut into thin slices.
2-3 tsp dry herbs seasoning
Salt to taste
Oil for coating
Method:
Marinate chicken with oil, curd, pepper, haldi, red chilli powder,
garam masala powder and some meat masala and salt.
Cut the potato slices. Coat with salt and mixed herbs
seasoning.
Grease baking tray with oil.
Preheat oven to 200 C. Place the chicken and potatoes in
such a way that they do not overlap each other. Cook for 20 mins first on one
side.
Then flip chicken and potatoes on the side and cook for
another 20 mins.
