This recipe is my mother’s no-fail eggless mayonnaise
recipe.
This extremely quick and easy to make with just a few ingredients to
cate to out mayo cravings anytime of the day.
Serve – Makes about 150-170 gms of
mayonnaise
Ingredients
Chilled
milk - 1/2 cup (please use measuring cup for exact proportions)
Oil - 1 cup (please use measuring cup for exact proportions)
White vinegar - 1.5 tbsp
Mustard paste - 1 tsp(optional)
Sugar – 1 tsp
Freshly ground pepper - 1 tsp
Garlic cloves – 2 finely grated (optional)
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 1 cup (please use measuring cup for exact proportions)
White vinegar - 1.5 tbsp
Mustard paste - 1 tsp(optional)
Sugar – 1 tsp
Freshly ground pepper - 1 tsp
Garlic cloves – 2 finely grated (optional)
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Method:
Blend all
the ingredients in a blender or mixer till it is nice and creamy.
Taste and add
sugar, salt and vinegar if require.
You can
now use this as burger spread or in salads or simply just dip grilled bread
sticks and eat.
