Creamy Chicken Egg Bake


This is a delicious and very easy to make baked dish. Requires minimum effort and turns out super yum.

Serves 4-5

Ingredients:
500 gms chicken, boiled and shredded with stock
3 eggs, boiled an cut into pieces
2 tsp maida
2 tsp butter
2 tsp freshly crushed pepper
1 cup grated cheese. You can use mozzarella or cheddar.
Salt

Method:
In a pan, heat the butter. Add maida and sauté for 2 mins.

Add ½ cup chicken stock and mix well. Add ½ cup cheese. Add the pepper and cook for about 5-7 mins.

Add the shredded chicken and eggs and mix well. Check for consistency. If you thick its too thick add some more stock.

Add salt as required and cook on low flame for about 8-10 mins till everything is very nicely mixed up.

Now grease a baking tray and add this mixture to it. Cover the mixture with cheese.

Bake at 180 C for about 15-20 mins till the cheese melts on top.

Serve hot with garlic bread
