This is another favorite and easy to cook dish that is always made by my husband.
Serves 4-5 people
Ingredients:
4-5 garlic, finely chopped
1 bunch chopped spring onion
1 capsicum, cut into thin long strips
500 gms cooked chicken (with bones or boneless)
2 cooking spoons soya sauce
1 cooking spoon chili sauce
2 tbsp corn flour mixed with 1 cup water
2 tbsp oil
Salt
Method:
Heat oil in a vessel. Fry garlic till golden brown.
Add chopped spring onions to this and cook well.
Add chopped capsicum to this and cook well.
Add the cooked chicken to this. Add the soya sauce and chili sauce and mix well.
Let it cook for 5-10 mins. Now add little water to this (do not add too much water as we will also be adding corn flour mixed with water)
Now add the corn flour mixture to this and stir continuously till the mixture thickens.
