Ingredients:
500 gms chicken
2 medium onions, finely chopped
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
5-6 curry leaves
5 tbsp grated coconut
1 tsp haldi
1 tsp red chill powder
1 tsp dhana powder
2 tsp chicken or any meat masala
3 tbsp chopped coriander
2 tbsp oil
Salt
Method:
Heat oil. Fry onions till golden brown.
Add ginger garlic paste, curry leaves and grated coconut and
cook well till coconut starts changing color to brown.
Add coriander and cook for about 2 minutes.
Now add haldi, red chilli powder, coriander powder, chicken
masala and salt. Stir 2-3 mins.
Now add chicken and cook till tender.
Remove from flame and serve hot with chapatti or naan.
